What does Luxury Travel Spain do?
Luxury Travel Spain is a bespoke travel concierge designing private journeys across Spain and the Balearic Islands. We plan and operate the entire trip end to end — itinerary, villas or hotels, private guides, drivers, yachts, helicopters, restaurants, and 24/7 on-the-ground support — tailored to how you actually want to travel.
How much does a bespoke trip cost?
Every trip is quoted on the actual plan, so there's no fixed package price. As a directional reference, our sample week-long itineraries for two travellers start in the €8,000–€10,000 range, excluding flights. Final cost depends on properties, transport, experiences, and party size — we send a fully costed proposal once we understand what you'd like.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to six months is comfortable for peak season (June–September) and major holidays. The best villas, yachts, and Michelin tables in the Balearics are reserved up to a year out. Shorter notice still works in shoulder season — we've turned around fully bespoke trips in under two weeks when the right pieces are available.
What's the difference between booking with you and booking direct?
Direct booking gives you a room. We give you the whole trip — vetted properties chosen for your taste, private access (after-hours museums, vineyards, finca lunches), discreet logistics, and a single point of contact who knows your preferences. Same suppliers in some cases, very different journey.
Where in Spain do you operate?
We focus on the Balearic Islands — Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera — where our team is based, and design extended journeys across mainland Spain including Andalusia, the Basque country, Madrid, Barcelona, and the Costa Brava. Combined island + mainland trips are common.
