With a background in PR, fashion events and luxury travel across Brazil and the UK, she brings a sharp creative eye and a genuine passion for the extraordinary to every partnership and experience she curates. Among those partnerships, she works closely with Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, curating shore experiences for guests who expect nothing less than exceptional.

Alena leads our Luxury Travel team with one clear belief — that the best experiences are the ones nobody else knows about. Originally from Russia, she has called Mallorca home since 2015.

As Head of Department, Alena oversees every journey we design, ensuring that each one is private, signature, and built to the standard she holds herself to personally. Nothing leaves her desk unless it’s exactly right.

If there is one person who knows the Balearics like the back of his hand, it is Daniel.

Since 2008, he has been at the heart of everything LifeXperiences does — and in that time, he has built the kind of relationships and knowledge that simply cannot be replicated. The hotel director who takes his call on a Sunday. The private venue that says yes because it’s him asking. The hidden corner of Mallorca that isn’t in any guide, because Daniel found it first.

With a background in hotel management and sports and events, he brings both the operational precision and the genuine warmth that make complex journeys feel completely effortless. Private events, bespoke itineraries, corporate experiences across Mallorca, Ibiza and Menorca, Daniel has done it all, and done it well, for nearly two decades.

Today, he is bringing LifeXperiences into Malta, with the same depth of local knowledge and personal relationships to a destination that shares the same spirit of beauty, history and island life.

He is the kind of person clients come back to. Not just because everything runs perfectly, but because working with him simply feels good.

With a background in hands-on hospitality across multiple countries and a Master’s in Tourism, Sara brings both global perspective and deep local knowledge to every journey she designs, always with a human touch that makes the difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one. A person who genuinely believes that every detail matters. Because it does. The transfer that arrives exactly on time. The room upgrade nobody asked for, but everyone remembers. The moment that wasn’t on the itinerary but became the highlight of the trip. That is Sara’s work.

Sterre arrived in Mallorca a year ago and, like so many before her, never looked back.

Born and raised in the Netherlands and trained in hotel management at one of Europe’s most respected hospitality schools in Maastricht, she brings both a genuine warmth and a sharp eye for detail to everything she does. But ask anyone on the team and they’ll tell you the same thing — it’s Sterre’s energy that stays with you. Always smiling, always positive, and genuinely invested in finding exactly the right experience for every single client.

She has a particular talent for listening. Understanding not just what clients ask for, but what they actually need — and then making it happen. From the first enquiry to the final check-in, every touchpoint feels personal, effortless and cared for.
