How does the journey design process work?
It starts with a conversation — what you love, how you travel, what you want to feel. We then draft a proposal with property options, experiences and a costed plan. Iterate until it's right. On the trip, one travel designer stays with you as a single point of contact.
How long does it take to plan a bespoke trip?
A typical plan is ready in 5-10 working days from our first conversation. Complex multi-island or longer itineraries take a little more. For peak-season trips (June-September), we recommend starting 3-6 months ahead; the best villas and yachts go early.
Will I have a dedicated contact during the trip?
Yes. Your travel designer is your single point of contact — by phone or WhatsApp, 24/7 during the trip. They know your preferences, handle changes, suggest spontaneous additions, and step in when anything needs solving.
Can you adjust the itinerary while we're travelling?
Of course. Weather changes, moods change, a place you love deserves an extra day. We build itineraries with flex points and rearrange in real time — most adjustments happen with a short message to your travel designer.
